1. Introduction

Welcome to Kedi Trail Adventures. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations: All tours must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or via email.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.
  • Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent via email once payment is received.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will not be refunded.
  • Kedi Trail Adventures Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Safety and Conduct

  • Safety Briefing: Participants must attend a safety briefing before the tour begins. Our guides will provide important information regarding safety protocols and trail conditions.
  • Compliance: Participants are expected to comply with the instructions of the tour guide at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
  • Health and Fitness: It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they are in good health and physically capable of completing the tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies in advance.

5. Liability

  • Assumption of Risk: By participating in our tours, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities, including but not limited to, injury, wildlife encounters, and adverse weather conditions.
  • Limitation of Liability: Kedi Trail Adventures, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation in our tours, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Personal Information: We collect personal information to process your booking and provide you with our services. This information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
  • Communication: By booking a tour, you consent to receiving communications from us regarding your booking and related promotions. You can opt-out of promotional communications at any time.

7. Environmental Responsibility

  • Leave No Trace: We follow Leave No Trace principles and expect our participants to do the same. Please respect the natural environment and dispose of waste properly.
  • Wildlife: Do not disturb or feed wildlife. Maintain a safe distance and follow the instructions of your guide.

8. Amendments

  • Changes to Itinerary: Kedi Trail Adventures reserves the right to alter tour itineraries due to weather, trail conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify participants of any significant changes as soon as possible.
  • Updates to Terms: We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The most current version will be available on our website.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kedi Trail Adventures operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
